Every detail of this experience has been researched and produced in conjunction with Asolo municipal museum and you will see many incredible things, including the baths at the centre of the city, a marvellous view of the forum and basilica and then into the tunnels of the “La Bot” aqueduct.
Asolo was an important commercial centre due to its proximity to the via Postumia that ran along northern Italy, which facilitated trade between its merchants and artisans with other major economic centres of the region. As a Roman city, Asolo was furnished with many of the conventional civic and economic structures of the time, including the forum, baths, the aqueduct and the theatre, all of which you can explore in these incredible reconstructions from the 2nd century CE.
